Spring Yarn Wreath

I just finished my very first yarn wreath! I LOVE how it turned out. I personally think it is so stinkin cute :).

Check it out:

Do you like my bright spring colors? I do!

I like the felt flowers so much, i kind of want to use them for other projects. I've been thinking of other ideas... i'll post them later.

The idea/inspiration for this wreath came from the blog poshISH. There you can find the awesome tutorial. When I saw it i knew i had to try it! It's pretty easy, it took me about 3 hours to complete and cost less than $10 (yay! i love cheap crafts). You really just need a foam wreath, yarn & felt (which i had TONS of after all the quiet books i've been making).

Oh and p.s. i got the yellow ribbon @ the dollar store :). way cheaper than the craft store!

Happy crafting!

  4. Very pretty! I like this! The yarn around the wreath seems a lot easier to work with than using felt strips like I did. Now I know for next time!
